Finding Joy in the JOURNEY

J - juggling the mundane

Daily life is boring, we get into routines no matter what role we have, these cause monotony and displeasure. Leading to increased anxiety and depression. We can find ways to increase productivity and decrease the negative emotions that come from these daily tasks.

O - overcoming the unpredictable

If life was predictable we would have more mundane. Unfortunately we can not predict everything that is going to happen. Whether it be family, work, school or friends there are ways to navigate these moments with grace towards ourselves and increasing our stamina for what we have not control over.

U - understanding the meaning

Increased understanding of the meaning of situations can improve our ability to respond with clear communication and grounded connection. Understanding the meaning we assign to our journey can improve our ability to navigate those challenges effectively.

R - redefining our values

What values are you holding onto that were assigned to you at an earlier stage in life? Do these values continue to serve your relationships and goals as you move towards your own self?

N - navigating relationships

Like the pirate ships of old that depended on star charts, we don’t always have an electronic navigational system and must rely on rudimentary skills in finding ways to connect and obtain relationships. What skills would you like to learn? Are your relationships serving you to the best possible outcome?

E - enjoying the unenjoyable

Life is not to be enjoyed it is to be endured…..oh wait….nope…..Life is to be endured not enjoyed……oops….wrong again. We must endure a lot in this life. Let’s find a way to live it to the fullest and enjoy it not just endure it. There are ways to find joy in this journey.

Y - yoking strength

What if you didn’t have the suffer the burdens but could be joined with the strength of your own self? We all have strengths, and being able to pull from them in our times of need is hard. We can help you find your strength and teach you how to team up with it to lessen your burden and find joy.
